About the event


LaMor Clements is a trauma-informed Certified Yoga Therapist, YACEP. meditation facilitator, and Ayurveda lifestyle coach.  In addition to her yoga therapy practice she serves as Faculty Member and Cohort Mentor with YogaFit’s IAYT-accredited Healthcare Yoga Therapy program.  She is also author of Exploring the Koshas in Yoga Therapy: An Embodied Approach for Client and Classroom.  

With over two decades of therapeutic yoga practice, LaMor has supported individuals with PTSD/TBI, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke recovery, breast cancer, chronic pain, mobility conditions and related neurophysiological and psychosocial challenges.

Her education has taken her through the USA, Canada, and India, and includes certifications and continuing professional development from Duke University Integrative Health, the Integrative Restoration Institute (iRest), YogaFit, HeartMath, and Amanaska Yoga, among others.
